The entrance to Bough Beech Reservoir is not easy to find. The clubhouse is on the east side of the reservoir. There is a turnoff from the B2027 between Chiddingston Causeway and the village of Bough Beech. Coming from Bough Beech the road does a zig-zag as you go under the railway and a few hundred yards after this there is an oast house on the right hand side of the road. Just before the oast house on the left side there is a lane.  Go down this lane a few hundred yards and the sailing club entrance is on the left.

Coming from the Chiddingstone direction the turnoff is on the right immediately after the oast house. If you find yourself going under a railway bridge you have missed the turning.
